We do, however, have a set of standards we live by which help to make our experience as professional and pleasurable as your own.

A standard workday, or "Full Day" is defined as six to ten hours from the time the client is met (the "call time"), until the last location is completely wrapped and media files are handed over to the client. This period shall include a one-hour meal break on the clock (or 30 mins. if catered). If no meal break is granted, a meal penalty equal to one full hour of overtime will be charged, and added to the total hours for the day. A "Half Day" (available upon special request only) is defined similarly as a work period of up to five hours in duration, with the exception of a meal break. Overtime hours (past 10) will be billed at 1.5 times the hourly labor rate in accordance with industry standards. Double time labor rates shall apply past 12 hours. Client agrees that the content of all recorded materials shall remain in joint property with Kinetic Productions, Inc. until such time as all invoices are paid in full. For larger projects, a Deal Memo (signed contract), which details the services requested along with the associated costs for those services will be required.

All first time clients will be required to submit a credit card authorization in order to confirm services, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance and outlined in the Deal Memo. In the event of a cancellation or postponement on less than 48 hours notice, client shall be liable for 50% of the total rate for all days involved. Accordingly, if less than 24 hours notice is given, client shall be liable for 100% of the total charges. If a company a check is not received within 30 days from the date of invoice, the credit card submitted WILL be charged for any balance due plus 4% processing fees.
